Problem

The real estate brokerage industry still relies heavily on WhatsApp groups, spreadsheets, phone calls, and disconnected software to collaborate with other brokers. This creates several problems: • Duplicate property listings • Fake or unverified brokers • Poor communication between brokers • No centralized inventory • Difficult deal tracking • Lack of CRM and client management • Manual KYC verification • No internal collaboration between admin, support and brokers • Limited transparency during negotiations These issues reduce trust, waste time, and slow down property transactions.

Research

Brokers Connect is a production-grade SaaS platform designed exclusively for professional real estate brokers. Unlike traditional real estate portals that focus on buyers and sellers, Brokers Connect enables verified brokers to collaborate, share inventory, negotiate deals, manage clients, and communicate securely in a trusted ecosystem. The platform solves common industry problems such as duplicate listings, fake leads, unverified brokers, inefficient communication, and scattered workflows by providing a centralized digital workspace. The project includes a public marketing website, broker portal, admin portal, staff portal, KYC verification system, CRM, deal management, notifications, subscriptions, analytics, and a modern CMS for managing dynamic website content.
